The Most Important Story We Ever Write Is Our Own!
I help men navigate into the next chapter of their life after divorce. I help guide clients on how they can reclaim a sense of purpose and strength even when this feels a long way from reality.
I start by creating a space, to slow down, process the pain, and share your story. This time of reflection is essential for men to begin regulating their nervous systems when navigating one of life’s most stressful experiences. Each person processes this experience in their own way, and it’s important to feel heard and validated.
Next, we focus on developing self-regulation and reconnecting with your authentic self ~ The person you are at your core. Together, we work on quieting the critical inner voice, fostering forgiveness, and letting go of the anger that can linger after divorce. This phase is also about letting go of the past, restoring self-trust and finding new direction, especially as many men feel like they've lost a future they once envisioned.
Another critical aspect we work through is how to take these difficult lessons and turn them into action, like an architect who must let go of old designs that don't work, together we completely recreate your blueprint for a life you want to live This is a vitally powerful step as it helps to not just design but envisage a future grounded in passion and purpose, with a clear plan for how you'll move forward.

I work with men who have had enough of living in pain and regret. I can help you to rekindle a passion for life, lived on your terms. Book in for a free call and we can discuss the your best option for you to get started click on the

What's Brotherhood Reboot?

Hi I'm Charlie, I'm a certified Level four Coach with the International Authority for Coaching and Mentoring. I have also completed the Introduction to male psychology and mental health with the Centre for Male Psychology. My aim is to help men flip their life from struggle and pain to flow and passion.
We all have challenges in our lives but the big ones like divorce, health issues, the loss of a loved one and even running a business can become overwhelming. Believe me I've faced all of these obstacles in my own life.
But the good news is that many of the challenges are here to teach us. how to;
1; Build Mental and physical wellbeing
2; Regain our sense of identity
3; Clearing out old self limiting beliefs so we can grow

This process is based on creating a deep foundation of mental clarity, physical strength and emotional regulation. Then you're grounded into your masculine energy where you know what you want and how you want it. This is aligned energy, free of ego. It's very powerful and instead of chasing things you want in your life, they're attracted to you.
My online coaching will help you learn the keys to not just survive, but thrive,
You will...

- STOP living in fear or anger
- Overcome your inner critique voice
- STOP self numbing behaviour
- Overcome addictive coping strategies
- Gain momentum from small changes for real results
- Realise that in life nothing lasts forever good times will return.

Everyone faces challenges in life. You are not alone.
No one is immune, we each have our own unique challenges. The truth is; EVERY single one of us is here for a reason, sometimes we just need a guide to help guide the way.

The Code...
Brotherhood Reboot, was created to provide a roadmap or process to men who are struggling or stuck in their life. The idea... to help you identify your unique gift then the put in place the guardrails to keep you on track so you can live the life you want.
As the founder Charlie knows all too well that the struggles life throws at us can become almost overwhelming. But every one has the potential for greatness, we often get way off track when we are chasing and disconnected from our true selves.
One of the ways to rediscover our purpose is through our values. Our four core values strongly influence our Code Of Brotherhood - for men this is a powerful book called 'The King The Warrior, The Magician and the Lover" by Robert Moore and Douglass Gilbert. You can read about them.
